The City of Monrovia is finalizing plans for the Monrovia Active Community Travel Vinculum (ACTV) Project, a multi-phase project to improve connectivity between Old Town Monrovia and the Metro Station south of the I-210 freeway. Phase 1 will create new walking and biking connections across the I-210 freeway at Magnolia, Central, and Evergreen Avenues.

You are invited to a virtual Community Meeting to learn about the Monrovia ACTV Phase 1 project, ask questions of the project team, confirm what matters to our community, and make sure the final details fit the surrounding neighborhood.
