The Monrovia City Council invites you to the 2026 State of the City Address on February 10, 2026, at the Louise K. Taylor Performing Arts Center at Monrovia High School (845 W. Colorado Blvd). The evening will kickoff with a pre-event reception at 6:00 p.m., followed by the 2026 State of the City address at 7:00 p.m.
