DESCRIPTION:The Development Review Committee (DRC) is an administrative body consisting of department directors that meet to review new development proposals. Their purview includes residential compatibility design review for new and remodeled dwellings, commercial facade changes, signage, oak tree trimming or removal, minor exceptions, and minor conditional use permits.
