PRE-SCREENING FORM
Monrovia’s Residential Rehabilitation Program is federally funded through the Community Development Grant Program (CDBG) and provides financial assistance to eligible homeowners to make essential repairs that improve safety, livability, and accessibility—helping residents remain safely in their homes.
The program offers grants of up to $25,000 to cover eligible construction costs for:
- Health and safety repairs
- Correction of approved building and code issues
- Accessibility improvements for residents with disabilities
Grants are available to low- and moderate-income, owner-occupied single-family homes within the City of Monrovia. Funding is limited and awarded on a greatest-need first basis.
