Eligibility

The CDBG Residential Rehabilitation Program requirements:

• Single family, owner-occupied
  
  
• Lives within the incorporated boundaries of the City of Monrovia

  ****Please note that residences in county-designated areas do not qualify

• Meets HUD Income Guidelines (please see picture below “2025 HUD HOUSEHOLD INCOME LIMITS”)
  

• All household members will be required to provide a Declaration of U.S. Citizenship or Immigration status as required by Federal guidelines under Executive Order 14218
