Rescue for Elderly & Disabled

The Rescue for Elderly & Disabled (RED) Program is designed to identify and check on disabled residents who might be alone, trapped, or unable to help themselves in a disaster. By completing the form below, residents will be registered in the RED Program. When disaster occurs, Monrovia public safety personnel and/or Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) will attempt to make contact and assist the RED list residents; however, this is not a guarantee of immediate rescue. On occasion CERT members may contact RED List participants to confirm their continued participation in the program or update them on important emergency information.
