Monrovia Fire & Rescue Department Fees

*Failure to obtain permit and approval from the Fire Department results in double fees*

Permit/Review	Fee
Development Review Committee	No additional cost. See Planning Division for fees.
Site Plan Review (Pre-Planning)	Hourly cost charged at time of building plan review.
Architectural Building Plan Review	Base fee of $320.00 plus potential impact fee. A non-refundable deposit of $320 is due at the time of submittal
Fire Protection System Permit & Plan Review	Base fee of $320.00 plus $21.78 per device and/or parts for all projects. A non-refundable deposit of $320 is due at the time of submittal
Re-inspections/Failed Inspections	Per inspection
