2025 Trick or Treat Halloween Bash -Friday, October 31, 2025

The City of Monrovia's Trick - or - Treat and Halloween Bash will be held this year on Friday, October 31 from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. in Library Park, located at 321 S. Myrtle Avenue. Dress to impress in your best costume to participate in our costume contest. Registration for the costume contest is onsite on Friday, October 31 and begins at 3:00 p.m. While you wait to show off your costume, take a spooky stroll around Old Town Monrovia for some Trick - or - Treating with our Old Town Merchants or enjoy the activities offered int he park. Come out and join us for a spook-tac-ular time!

The Friday Night Street Fair will resume on November 7.
